All rates are for 6 people and don’t include the 12% Mexican Sales and Hotel Tax.
There is a $150.00 USD charge for each additional person over 6 with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
Reservations made 6 months or more in advance will receive a 10% discount. No discounts during the August – Oct 2006 rates or the September – October 2007 rates..

 Private Swimming Pool! -- Our ocean-side swimming pool is a great new addition where you can relax and hang out with family and friends. The pool is designed to accommodate the whole gang for swimming, floating, sitting on the special built-in seating, or for kid fun in the shallow area. You’ll be able to feel the summer breezes and take in the beautiful ocean views while cooling off in the pool.
 Internet Access – You may use our computer right at the villa to check e-mail or surf the Web, or bring your own lap top with our wireless or RJ45 Eithernet connection (please bring your own cable). The villa has both satellite and wireless connectivity. Imagine surfing the Web pool-side while gazing at the beautiful turquoise ocean of Mexico. All the amenities of home while relaxing in paradise – that's what you can expect at Casa Playa Azul.
Room Air Conditioning - Now, all three bedrooms at Casa Playa Azul are equipped with air conditioners so you can regulate the temperature as desired. Many people find that the summer breezes are still quite comfortable, but for those who want it cooler, it’s available.
Private Cooking Service -- Casa Playa Azul has an excellent cook available to prepare breakfast and dinner with advance notice INCLUDED in the villa rental Monday-Saturday. You can make your choices from our menu, and all you have to do is buy the groceries, or for a small delivery fee, our cook will purchase everything that's needed.
