The villa is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom multilevel home with over 3500 square feet of newly constructed living space designed for comfort and relaxation, with panoramic ocean views.
Each of the 3 large bedrooms is furnished with a plush king-size bed, private bathroom, large closet, air conditioning and an ocean-facing palapa-covered balcony. Daily maid service is provided, and laundry services are available for a nominal fee. There is an on-site caretaker, and cooking services are available (Mon.-Sat.) to prepare a full menu of breakfast and dinner selections
The Villa has a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and culinary cookware. It has a comfortably furnished indoor living/dining area, and a relaxing ocean-facing palapa patio with BBQ grill for outdoor dining. The large second floor palapa sun-deck is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. Enjoy the gentle sea breezes and gaze down at the enchanting turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

 Both Villas offer cooking service - a excellent cook available to prepare breakfast and dinner with advance notice INCLUDED in the villa rental 6 days a week. Monday-Saturday, make your choices from our menu. All you to do is either, buy the required groceries for your dinner, or for a small delivery fee, our cook will purchase everything that's needed - relax!
