“Outstanding vacation location and Home!”
“We stayed here for two weeks in March and had an absolute fabulous time! The owner was extremely helpful prior to our departure with all the necessary information for our trip. The staff at the house were extremely courteous and helpful, and taking the advice of prior comments, we scheduled the cook for numerous meals (more the second week after we tasted how delicious her meals were!). Her Banana bread was absolutely fabulous! Her meals were better than we could be downtown and her afternoon snacks of guacamole and salsa (as well as the quesadilla) every day was some of the best we have ever had! I would definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back! The swimming pool was a real treat and the ocean fabulous. Sporting equipment was great and the housekeeping service was top notch!”

“This is our 4th stay in Tankah and our 2nd in the Villas of Tankah Shores. What a wonderful vacation! I can’t say enough about the fabulous Casa Soleada…we had a group of 9, two families with teenagers and two ten year old girls and it was the perfect accommodation. Safe, secure and perfectly equipped. Having the beautiful beach and kayaks at the doorstep…and the cenote! Just amazing!
We had Edith make several meals – FANTASTIC! She and LaLa and Yobany took care of everything and more! Jobany made CocoFrios (carved coconuts) for the kids AND took us down the beach late one evening to see the Sea Turtles! Our 10 year olds got to watch as the eggs were laid in the sand…it was a once in a lifetime experience! Outstanding….we will be back as soon as we can!”

“Every two years we get our children and grandchildren together to reconnect and bond. We rented Playa Azul and Playa Soleada and couldn’t have been happier. We would recommend either property. The staff was fabulous, our food fantastic and the home had everything a family would need. The grandchildren absolutely loved the beach, the pool, the kayaks, the paddle boards, the beach toys etc. It was great having both homes next to each other for the kids to wander back from place to place. We would definitely come back!”

“This was our 3rd year of coming to Mexico. Wet ave stayed at Villa Depaz, Villa Azul, Mariposa, and Villa Zama BUT our second time at Casa Soleada- which is the VERY BEST!!! This villa is so well equipped.”
“We’ve been fortunate to stay at numerous properties from Akumal to Tulum. Casa Playa Azul is by far our favorite. The beach is great to walk whether going north or south. Lots of birds and sea life. Pleasantly surprised at the amount and variety of beac and snorkel gear. We are looking forward to our next visit to Casa Playa Azul and peaceful Tankah Bay!”

“We had three couples staying at Casa Playa Azul for two weeks in October. The separate bedroom suites made it very comfortable and private for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked, so no need to run to town to buy knives, juicers, corkscrews, etc.. We did all our own cooking, but liked knowing we had the option for cooking help, if we wanted it. The locker with snorkel gear, and the paddle boards, were greatly appreciated.
Next time we won’t pack so much down with us!
Tankah Bay is our favorite location to stay in the Akumal/Tulum area. The quiet bay and non-crowded beach is exactly what we look for.
The staff was there if we needed something, and took great care of us, the grounds and the house.
My only complaint is that someone booked next October before we had the chance!”
